Depuis mon confortable exil à Frankfurt je me passionne pour la danse et pour Sylvie Guillem. Sylvie est une des personnes qui incarnent le mieux cet art, elle sait en parler et faire vivre la danse sur scène et ailleurs. Le spectacle de la danse me fascine pour la richesse de ce que le corps peut exprimer. J'aime ce que dit Sylvie sur la probité, le don de soi sur scène, le trac, la discipline et le travail, car j'y retrouve beaucoup de mes interrogations de musicien. J'aime aussi le kathakali, Castafiore- dont j'étais un fan lorsque j'habitais Grasse. Et d'autres danseurs, mais je suis très inculte !!!
From comfortable exile in Frankfurt (Germany) I am growing a passion for dance and for Sylvie Guillem. Sylvie is one of the best incarnations of dance, she can talk about it and she brings it to life on stage and elsewhere too. I like what she says about honesty, giving oneself on stage, stage fright, discipline and work, and I find there a lot of my own questions as a musician. I also like kathakali and am a big fan of Castafiore, my former neighbours in Grasse. And other dancers too but I am very incult !!!
I also like rugby, another great show of body expression, sailboats, drinking good wine with nice people, natural science (my job), children, travelling, literature, discussion. And I love passionately my wife, my nomadic family, and the holy and vital art of music.
