Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless) 1kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 or 2 cloves
- Soy sauce 100ml
- Vinegar 100ml
- Bay leaves
- Cracked black pepper
Preparation
- Cut chicken into bite-size, slice onion and mince garlic.
- Cook them till until lightly colored.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar and bay leaves.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 25min.
- Take the cover and cook for 10min till the juice reduces.
- Add black pepper and serve with rice.
