Prime Rib Roast

- 6-10 Pound Standing Rib Roast
- Thyme
- Rosmary
- Salt and Pepper
- Lots of Lettuce Leaves
- Horseradish
- Sour Cream
Preparation
- Season prime rib with herbs, salt and Pepper.
- Cover the entire thing with lettuce leaves.
- Cover that with plastic wrap then with Aluminium foil.
- Cook in 350° preheated oven for 2½ to 3 hours for medium rare.
- 4 Hours for well done.
- Mix together equal amounts of horseradish and sour cream to serve with the rib.
