La soupe de longue vie

3 big cloves of GarlicCoarse Salt
2 Laurel Leaves
3 - 4 Sage Leaves
Thyme
Pepper
Parsley
a few drops of Olive Oil
1 liter cold Water
Preparation
Crush garlic cloves, still in their skin, with the flat side of a large knife and add to cold water salted to taste.Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
Add laurel leaves, sage, thyme, and pepper.
Cover for 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with some parsley and a few drops of olive oil if desired.
